Kaitlynn Hess

Kaitlynn Hess is an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in technical recruitment. Currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Cerebras Systems since December 2019, Kaitlynn has successfully hired over 100 Engineers in 2022, contributing to the establishment of an international site in Bangalore, and over 150 Engineers in 2021. Kaitlynn began at Cerebras Systems as the first Technical Recruiter, achieving significant hiring milestones, including the opening of the first international site in Toronto in 2020. Prior experience includes a Technical Recruiter role at DeWinter Group, focusing on early and mid-stage start-ups, and a Corporate Recruiter position at Revel Systems, concentrating on Engineering and Finance. Kaitlynn’s career began at Maxim Healthcare Services, managing recruitment for registered and licensed vocational nurses. Kaitlynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico.
