Kamran Jafari

Kamran Jafari is an experienced professional in the field of machine learning and software engineering, currently serving as a Principal Applied ML Scientist and Tech Lead Manager at Cerebras Systems since May 2020. Prior to this role, Kamran held the position of Senior Machine Learning Developer at Borealis AI from November 2018 to May 2020 and worked as a Deep Learning Software Engineer at Intel Corporation between September 2017 and November 2018. Kamran began a career in embedded software engineering at Advanced Mobile Payment Inc. from September 2013 to August 2017. Kamran's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Toronto, as well as a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in the same field from Shiraz University.
