Michael Yang

Michael Yang is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Cerebras Systems, with experience since July 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of CPU Cores Design Methodology Intern at AMD from May 2017 to April 2018, where significant contributions included enhancing synthesis and optimization flows, creating automation scripts, and collaborating with global design teams. Earlier internship experience at NVIDIA involved validation automation for power management on Android devices and researching standards for wireless charging. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto, earned in 2019.
