Johann Murray is an experienced customer service and technical support professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Customer Service Analyst II at CereCore since May 2017, Johann has previously held roles including Senior Desktop Support at Ardent Health Services (April 2003 - May 2017) and Senior Desktop Engineer at Pomeroy Computer Resources (1996 - 2003). Initial career experience includes positions such as Service Technician - Installer at Central Sound Supply (1992 - 1995) and various technical roles at companies like Seagate Magnetics and Megastor. Johann holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics from United Electronics Institute, obtained between 1979 and 1981.
