Founded in 2019 by Andrew Murphy, a consultant with over 18 years of experience, Ceres is a specialist recruitment partner trusted to deliver.

We’ve supported financial services leaders including Goldman Sachs, Baillie Gifford, CME Group, and OSTTRA—while also working with FMCG brands like AG Barr and William Grant & Sons, as well as leading fintechs, professional services firms, and high-growth start-ups.

Specialising in Audit, Risk, Tax, and Finance, we place professionals at the centre of everything we do.

Our approach is grounded in three core values: Integrity, Trust, and Delivery. We focus on building long-term partnerships, understanding individual goals, and making the right match - every time.
