Chartered McIpd Zoe Robson

Zoe Robson, Chartered MCIPD, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee partnering, currently serving as the Head of Talent & People Partnering at Ceres since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Gatwick Airport, providing comprehensive HR advisory services, and as a Human Resources Advisor at BDO LLP, where strong business relationships were fostered. Previously, Zoe held the role of HR Team Manager at Thales, leading a team to deliver HR services effectively, and began their career as an Office Manager at Fernley, overseeing administrative functions. Zoe holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel & Development from the University of Brighton and has developed a robust HR skill set throughout a career spanning over two decades.
