Daniel Northway

Daniel Northway is an experienced intellectual property professional currently serving as the Head of IP and Patent Attorney at Ceres since December 2022. Previously, Daniel held the position of Patent Attorney at the UK Civil Service from December 2020 to October 2022 and served as the Director of Intellectual Property at Centrica from November 2016 to November 2020. Additional roles include Senior Associate at PAGE WHITE & FARRER, Lead Patent Attorney at Canon Europe Ltd., Head Patent Attorney at Qinetiq, and Associate at Mathys & Squire. Daniel holds a MA and MEng degree in mechanics, electronics, and communications from the University of Cambridge and completed further education at Queen Mary University of London.
