Jonathan Heywood

Jonathan Heywood is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in product engineering and technology leadership. Currently serving as Director of Ceres China and Chief Technology Officer for a China Joint Venture at Ceres since January 2020, Jonathan leverages extensive experience from past roles at NORMA Group, where responsibilities included Director of Product Engineering in Asia-Pacific and Director of Global Engineering Center. Prior positions also encompass significant leadership roles in EMEA and Asia-Pacific at NORMA Group, as well as managerial responsibilities at ThyssenKrupp and project management at Schaeffler. Jonathan began the career as a Design Engineer at Mechadyne International. An academic foundation includes a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford, obtained in 1997, with a focus on Engineering, Economics, and Management.
