Joseph started their career at Intralink, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Operations and Industrial & Materials Sector Global Lead. During their time at Intralink, they developed numerous businesses in Asia and secured significant sales and licensing revenues for clients. Joseph also served as the Head of Government Services, Project Director, and Project Manager.
Joseph also had roles at Ceres Power as Director of Business Development for Asia Pacific and Korea, RWS as Project Director in the Korea Business Development Team, Missouri Department of Economic Development as Director of the Missouri International Trade and Investment Office in Korea (all through Intralink), Syapse as Project Director in the Korea Business Development Team, Plastic Logic as Project Director in the Korea Business Development Project (both through Intralink), Crown World Mobility as an Intercultural Trainer & Coach for Corporate Executives, Anaqua as a Project Director in the Korea Business Development Team (through Intralink), and SIGFOX as a Project Director in the Korea Business Development Team (also through Intralink).

Joseph Lenox has a diverse education history. Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) in International/Global Studies from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Texas Military Institute from 2001 to 2005.
After completing their undergraduate studies, Joseph pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations with coursework taught in Korean at Seoul National University. Joseph attended Seoul National University from 2011 to 2014. During their time at Seoul National University, Joseph also completed the Seoul National University Korean Language Institute - Graduate program in 2011.
Aside from their academic degrees, Joseph has obtained several certifications. In 2005, they received a Mixology & Bartending Certificate (TABC Certified) from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. In 2008, they completed a 28 Day Field Survival Course at the Boulder Outdoor Survival School (BOSS). In 2010, they participated in the U.S. Department of State's Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program for Advanced Korean.
Joseph also holds the 2012 Blakemore Freeman Fellowship for Advanced Asian Language Study from the Blakemore Foundation, awarded in Seattle. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Greening the Economy - Lessons from Scandinavia from Lund University, as well as a Certificate in Commercialization of Innovation Activity & Intellectual Property from Coursera.
