Marco Prantoni

Marco Prantoni is a Senior Analytical Design Engineer at Ceres, specializing in back-end and front-end development of model management systems and advanced data analysis tools. Previously held the position of Modelling and Data Analysis Engineer, focusing on 0D and 1D modelling of fuel cell systems. Prior experience includes a PhD Researcher role at Coventry University, where research involved modeling flow and pressure losses in gasoline particulate filters and supervising MSc students. Additional freelance work as a Mechanical Design Engineer included CAD design, structural and thermal analysis, and CFD flow analysis for various projects. Marco holds a PhD in Fluid Dynamics and a Master's in Aerospace Engineering from Coventry University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
