Mark Hamilton possesses extensive experience in both office management and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Office Manager, Cell Shift Leader, and Manufacturing Process Technician at Ceres since March 2019, Mark previously held various roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Packaging Specialist while representing UK divisions on the EU Consultative Forum. Mark's notable hospitality experience includes managing The Box Tree Ltd, the first UK restaurant to receive 2 Michelin Stars, and serving as Deputy Manager at Mallory Court Hotel, also a Michelin Star establishment. Educational qualifications include a Project Management degree from IAOCR and an HND in Hotel Business Management from INTEC, along with studies in Vocal Opera at the University of Cape Town.
