Nick Swift

Nick Swift has extensive experience in data management and analytics. Nick currently serves as the Head of Data Management at Ceres, where they are responsible for designing and implementing a transformative Data Management Strategy and Data Governance Framework. Prior to this, Nick held various leadership roles at Seetec, including CIO and Head of Data & Analytics, Information Services Director, Senior Director of Software Development, and Software Development Manager. In these positions, they led complex IT and data programs, designed and managed business intelligence strategies, and developed in-house software applications. Nick has a strong background in healthcare systems, having built NHS Primary Care and in-house IT systems. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to achieving accreditations and standards to ensure quality and compliance.
