Chris Schlenker is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. As the Director of Engineering at Ceres Technologies since May 2016, Chris oversees various engineering initiatives. Prior to this, Chris served at Precision Flow Technologies (Ichor Systems Integrated Systems Division) from December 1998 to April 2016, progressing from Engineering Manager to Director of Engineering, where responsibilities included resource management, capacity planning, and the development of manufacturing processes. Additionally, Chris managed a team of up to 25 engineers specializing in the design of complex systems for semiconductor applications, Ultra-High Purity gas delivery, fuel cell R&D, and medical devices, with a focus on electronic control systems for hazardous environments.
