Raagan Wilhelm

Raagan Wilhelm is a senior manager for energy optimization policy with a strong background in the energy industry, encompassing nine years of experience collaborating with governmental agencies, nonprofits, and private companies to advocate for clean energy and decarbonization initiatives nationwide. Raagan has held positions such as legal extern at Vermont Electric Power Company and rate specialist at the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. They earned a Doctor of Law degree with a focus on energy, environment, and natural resources law from Vermont Law School and previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Eastern Connecticut State University.
