Matthew Jones is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur currently serving as a Ross Fellow at Purdue University, where responsibilities include teaching a 400-level undergraduate leadership course and conducting research on cognitive diversity in teams while pursuing a PhD. As a co-owner of Cereset Lafayette, Matthew has successfully managed a franchise startup and developed corporate wellness packages, enhancing community engagement through innovative technology. A strong background in educational content development is evident from roles at Purdue and MyTech High, where Matthew has created curriculum focused on digital transformation and creativity for various audiences. Previous experience includes assisting organizational leaders in implementing Strategic Doing at Hutcheson & Associates LLC and co-teaching innovation courses at Brigham Young University. Matthew holds a BS in Technology & Engineering Studies, an MS in Technology Leadership and Innovation, and is on track to complete a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
