After receiving her Masters degree in Biomolecular Science from Utrecht University, Maaike worked for over 10 years in Quality roles within various biotech companies, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry. Her focus is on process performance & improvement and creating a solid Quality Management System.

At Cergentis, Maaike is responsible for the design, maintenance and performance of the Quality Management System.
