Charlène Dubourg

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an experienced nursing informatics professional with a strong background in clinical documentation and application coordination. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene has taken on roles that emphasize care planning and patient education. Prior experience includes working as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was key, and as a Senior Business Consultant focused on convergent medical terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT. Charlene's clinical beginnings as a staff nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit provide a foundational understanding of patient care, supported by advanced degrees in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a BSN from Case Western Reserve University.
