Ryan Kulbarsh

Ryan Kulbarsh is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry. As a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Ceribell since April 2021, Ryan has contributed to the development of AI-powered point-of-care EEG technology. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as an R&D Engineer at Cirtec Medical, where responsibility included bringing medical devices from concept through commercialization. Ryan's foundational experience includes serving as a Research and Development Assistant at both the University of Southern California and the SDSU Research Foundation, focusing on innovative technologies for neuromotor recovery and the development of smart rehabilitation devices. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Bioengineering Emphasis from San Diego State University.
