Ben Hughes

Ben Hughes has worked as a Regional Account Manager at CeriFi since April 2023. In this role, they are responsible for communicating the value of the company's course to consumers and businesses, managing pre-existing relationships, and analyzing sales on a month-to-month basis.

Prior to their current position, Ben worked at Fast Forward Academy from March 2019 to April 2023. During their time there, they served as a Customer Service representative, engaging with customers through various channels and promptly addressing their issues. Ben also developed and implemented Study Plans, Tips, and Schedules to support struggling students and managed the shipping process for physical materials.

Ben Hughes began their education in 2019 at Valencia College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree. Ben completed their studies in this program in 2022. In 2023, Ben Hughes continued their academic journey at the University of Central Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing. Their studies at the University of Central Florida concluded in 2024.
