Lisa Stafford

Lisa Stafford has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Lisa began their career in 2003 at Kaplan, where they held the role of Director, Licensing and Registration. Lisa then moved up to Senior Vice President, Client Services at Kaplan Compliance Solutions, and later to Vice President, Business Process Outsourcing and Regulatory Compliance Services. In 2013, Lisa joined Data Recognition Corporation as Director, Digital Product Support and Customer Care. During their time there, they decreased average call handle time by 20% and increased first call resolution by 5%. In 2019, Lisa began working as an Independent Consultant and also joined GLG as a Council Member. In 2021, they joined CeriFi as Vice President Of Product Management, where they are focused on leading a team of Product Owners and Regulatory Analysts to execute on product vision and roadmap.
