Susan Wines

Susan Wines has a long and varied career in the fields of content, training, and education. Susan began their professional life in 1994 as a Team Leader at Howrey LLP, where they managed seven paralegal researchers. In 1995, they took on two roles simultaneously, working as a contractor at CoorsTek, Inc. and a Trainer at RMRS Technical Publications. At CoorsTek, they were responsible for filing, updating databases, and notifying employees by phone and memo. At RMRS, they crosstrained personnel in Windows and Mac platforms and in Microsoft or Corel Office Suite. In 1996, they began their long tenure at Thomson Reuters, where they held several roles, including Content Specialist, Elearning Specialist, Conversion Coordinator, and SGML/XML Conversion Specialist. In 2022, they joined CeriFi as a Content Specialist. At CeriFi, they are supporting legacy Checkpoint Learning (formerly Thomson Reuters) and is relishing the opportunity to migrate to CeriFi's platform.

Susan Wines obtained their AA in General Education from Shasta College in 1993. Susan has since obtained various certifications, including Adobe Captivate Quick Tips from LinkedIn in 2021, The Future of Performance Management from LinkedIn in 2019, Scrum Fundamentals Certified from VMEdu Inc. in 2018, ATD Trainer Certification (Train the Trainer) from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2016, E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2016, Gamification Apprentice from Sententia in 2016, and Hootsuite Certified Professional from Hootsuite Media Inc. in 2016.
