Davinder Sandhu

Davinder Sandhu has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Davinder began their career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where they worked on various M&A projects and conducted due diligence reports. Davinder then moved to Barlow Robbins, LLP, where they gained extensive experience in corporate commercial law, specializing in share and asset purchase transactions, shareholder agreements, and advising on shareholder protection rights. Davinder then joined Truphone Limited as an Assistant General Counsel, leading negotiations for network infrastructure and billing system agreements with key partners. At RECKITT BENCKISER, they served as a Senior Legal Counsel, taking full responsibility for all digital projects and drafting bespoke contracts for mobile app development, licensing, and royalty payment. Currently, Davinder holds the position of Head of Corporate Development & Group Legal Affairs at Cerillion Technologies.

Davinder Sandhu completed a BA Honours degree in Law in Business with Business Economics at the University of Southampton from 1995 to 1998. Following that, from 1998 to 1999, they pursued a Common Professional Examination degree at The University of Law. Finally, from 1999 to 2000, Davinder completed a Postgraduate degree in Legal Practice Course, specializing in Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Employment Law at The University of Law.
