Milena Marczak Chartered MCIPD has a strong background in HR, with experience in various managerial roles. Milena currently holds the position of Head of HR at Cerillion Technologies since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Brilliant Planet from July 2022 to October 2023. Earlier in their career, Milena served as an HR Manager at ALTEN LTD - UK from August 2021 to July 2022 and at CCS HOMECARE SERVICES LTD from August 2020 to August 2021. Milena also had a brief tenure as an HR Manager at Hikvision UK & Ireland from February 2020 to May 2020. Milena's HR management experience started at Cerillion Technologies, where they worked from May 2018 to February 2020. Before entering the technology industry, they gained extensive HR experience at Tesco PLC. Throughout their tenure at Tesco, Milena held several roles, including HR & Payroll Manager promoted to People Partner from September 2016 to April 2018, HR Advisor for Tesco Maintenance & Engineering from July 2012 to September 2016, HR/ Compliance Team Leader from August 2010 to July 2012, and Team Leader from September 2006 to August 2010.

Milena Marczak Chartered MCIPD obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management at the University of East London.
