Shashank Singh

Shashank Singh has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Shashank started their career at Amdocs in 2011, where they worked as a Subject Matter Expert and later as a Senior Subject Matter Expert in the BSS division until 2015. Following this, they joined Huawei Technologies India as a BSS - Enterprise BSS Solution Architect, responsible for solution architecture and design, requirement analysis, and conducting customer workshops/presentations. Shashank also played a key role in designing and implementing service aware charging, billing, and policy control solutions for operators in various regions. Shashank then moved to Cerillion Technologies in 2018, where they held multiple roles including Business Analyst, Senior Sales Consultant, and currently serves as the Head of Sales, Asia. In these roles, they have contributed to the growth of the company's sales and has been involved in enterprise sales management and consulting. Shashank'sextensive experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the technology industry.

Shashank Singh completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Information Technology from VPMs Polytechnic Institute from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Shashank obtained several certifications from TM Forum in 2018, including Application Framework (TAM) Foundation Level, Information Framework (SID) Foundation Level, Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundational Level, and Frameworx Foundation Level.
