Randy Carroll

Randy Carroll is an experienced Avaya Solutions Engineer and Training Instructor at Cerium Networks since October 2011, specializing in the upgrade, installation, and maintenance of the Aura platform systems across various environments, including commercial and governmental sectors. Randy has extensive expertise in software-only, OVA, and cloud deployments of the Aura product family, along with skills in troubleshooting, design, and integration support for hybrid environments.
