Robert Lanckton has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2012 with Genie Industries as a Data Specialist and Admin Asst. In 2013 they worked for Zulily as a Customer Service Representative, and also for Microsoft as an Executive Escalations Advocacy Specialist. In 2014 they were a Product Advisor at Microsoft, and in 2015 they were promoted to Lead Customer Tech Support Analyst at DoubleDown Interactive. From 2018 to 2020, Robert worked at WildTangent Games - gamigo Inc as a Customer Service Manager, at Costco Wholesale as an Internal IT-IS Service Desk, and at Meta as a Meta Reality Labs (AR/VR) Post Sales Operations. Most recently, in 2022, Robert became the Senior Manager of Customer Support and Education at Cerkl.
