Jessy Rodriguez has over 14 years of experience in the meat and protein industry, currently serving as a Meat/Protein Buyer for Cermak Fresh Market since June 2009. Prior to this role, Jessy worked in sales at Cargill from June 2006 to June 2009, where an early exposure to the meat sector sparked a passion for the intricacies of the industry. Jessy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.
