Cesar Simmonds has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Cesar began their career as a System Analyst at Diario La Verdad, where they provided technical support to end-users and managed Windows servers. Cesar then worked as an IT Services Leader at Cinetix grupo consultores, where they provided technical support to clients and managed various IT systems including firewalls and servers. Cesar later joined Carbones del Zulia, S.A. as a Networking and Telecommunications Supervisor, where they executed maintenance on networking devices and managed cabling rooms and data centers. Cesar also worked at Siscomp as a Ground Technician and at Ivomar & Imatek as an Investigation, Development, and Support Leader, where they designed and installed CCTV systems and system communication solutions. Their most recent role was as an IT Support Chief, where they provided IT support to end-users, troubleshooted issues, and managed computers using SCCM. Overall, Cesar has gained extensive experience in IT support, network management, system installation and configuration, and technical troubleshooting.

Cesar Simmonds obtained their Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco in May 2009. Cesar also obtained certifications in RSA SecurID and RSA enVision from RSA Security in June 2010.
