Katsunori Sato

Katsunori Sato currently serves as the Assistant to the CFO and Manager of the Chairman's office at Cermaq Global, a leading salmon farming company operating in Norway, Chile, and Canada. Responsibilities include supporting the chairman in board meetings, corporate governance, and owner communications, as well as assisting the CFO with financial planning and analysis, treasury, and internal controls. Previously, Sato held several positions at Mitsubishi Corporation, including Manager of the Asset Liability Management Planning Team, where successful management of credit ratings contributed to an improved outlook, and as project manager for historic hybrid financing initiatives. Sato's career also includes a pivotal role in post-merger integration at Agrex do Brasil S.A. and significant contributions to financial and risk management processes in other departments. Sato holds a degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
