Magnus Kaasa

Magnus Kaasa has extensive work experience in the IT sector. From 2019 to the present, they have been the Head of Global IT at Cermaq Global, where they oversee IT operations on a global scale. Prior to this role, they served as the Global IT Projects, Innovation & Governance Manager at Cermaq Global from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Cermaq Global, Magnus worked at EY Skye as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2019. Magnus also has experience as a Team Lead at EVRY ASA from 2010 to 2011 and as an SAP Consultant at Spring Consulting from 2008 to 2010.

Magnus Kaasa has a diverse educational background with a focus on business administration and management. In 2002, they attended The Royal Norwegian Air Force Officer School, where they completed a two-year officer school program specializing in communication and information systems. From 2003 to 2004, Magnus pursued a one-year degree in Organisation, Leadership & Change at the University of Agder (UiA). Magnus then furthered their studies at Universitat Ramon Llull from 2004 to 2008, obtaining a four-year Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in 2006 and 2007, Magnus participated in exchange programs at Universidad La Salle, A.C. and Peking University, respectively, focusing on international business and Chinese foreign policy.
