Rune Halvorsen has extensive work experience in various roles within the food industry. Starting in 2005, they began as a Produksjons Trainee at Stabburet AS. Following this, they worked as a Consultant at Orkla ASA from 2006 to 2007. Rune then joined Orkla Foods Norge AS in 2007, where they held multiple positions including Production and Logistics Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Plant Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Production Director at Orkla Foods Norge AS. Currently, they hold the position of Director Operational Improvement & Procurement at Cermaq Norway AS since December 2017.
Rune Halvorsen holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
