Winsen Theja has over five years of experience in human resources management. Winsen started their career at Archipelago International Hotels, Resorts & Residences as a Relationship Officer from October 2015 to September 2017. Winsen then joined Wiraland Property as a Human Resources Supervisor from September 2017 to April 2019, and later became a Senior Human Resources Supervisor from May 2019 to June 2020.

In 2020, Winsen Theja joined Cermati.com as a Performance and Rewards Specialist. Winsen'sresponsibilities included maintaining and monitoring the employee database, conducting exit interviews, renewing HR legalities, processing work permits for expatriates, and registering BPJS for new business affiliation. In December 2021, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Shared Services Manager, where they oversee and develops strategies for continuous improvement in onboarding, offboarding, policies, and overall employee data management. Winsen creates HR policies, executes SOPs, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and manages benefits, employee wellness, and reward programs. Winsen also communicates with third-party services and seeks process improvements within HR.

Winsen Theja attended INTO University Partnerships in 2012 and received a Diploma in Business with a focus on Marketing and Management. In the same year, they enrolled at Newcastle University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management, which they completed in 2014.
