Julien Schloupt

Julien Schloupt serves as the Directeur General of CERMIX France since September 2017, overseeing 200 employees across three industrial sites, managing P&L, and implementing growth strategies that resulted in over 30% revenue growth in two years. Previously, Julien held the position of General Manager for Sika in Tunisia from October 2009 to July 2017, where efforts included P&L management, modernization of industrial tools, and the establishment of a new commercial strategy that achieved significant revenue increases. Julien's career also features roles in marketing and product management across various companies, including Sika and Hexion Specialty Chemicals, with a focus on building strategic marketing initiatives in the construction materials sector. Julien holds a Master's degree in Marketing from ISG and additional qualifications in commercial responsibility and civil engineering.
