Martin Combaz

Martin Combaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Transition Manager at BERNARD CONTROLS and Tubesca-Comabi, Martin oversees teams and manages projects related to procurement, planning, and stock management. Prior roles include S&OP Manager at Cermix, where Martin structured industrial activity planning and implemented IT tools for tracking product flow. As PC&L Manager at Specitubes Tubes Alliages Speciaux SOC, Martin was responsible for implementing and reviewing production control processes. Additionally, Martin served as Head of Supply Chain & Production at NOVINTEC, focusing on supply chain organization and continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier in the career, Martin led supply chain projects at ThyssenKrupp, aimed at logistics outsourcing and implementing IT solutions.
