Borja Fernandez Adiego

Borja Fernandez Adiego is an experienced controls, automation, and functional safety engineer at CERN since October 2009, specializing in safety control systems and real-time control systems, certified as a TÜV Rheinland FS Engineer in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards. Borja has contributed to research on formal verification techniques for PLC programs as a PhD student and has a background in developing code generation tools for the UNICOS control system framework.
