Christos Gentsos

Christos Gentsos holds a Doctor of Philosophy in High-Performance Implementation of Algorithms on Reconfigurable Hardware from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where education was completed from 2010 to 2018. Gentsos has extensive experience in the field of electronics and FPGA engineering, currently serving as the EDA Software Application Manager at CERN since January 2022, following a role as a Researcher - FPGA Engineer at the same institution from November 2017 to January 2019. Previous positions include roles at INFN and multiple tenures at CERN and Prisma Electronics SA, addressing various aspects of electronics and FPGA research. Additionally, Gentsos has participated in Marie Curie IAPP programs, contributing to projects with CAEN SpA and Prisma Electronics SA.
