Juan Manuel Guijarro Plaza

Juan Manuel Guijarro Plaza has extensive experience at CERN, serving in various roles since 1990, including Project Coordinator for an AI Chatbot feasibility study and Engagement IT Technical Contact for the Theoretical Physics Department. As an IT/CD liaison for Disaster Recovery implementation and a leader in Linux and Configuration Support, Juan Manuel has contributed significantly to disaster recovery efforts, Linux support, and operations of critical services. Previous positions include System Analyst roles in several departments, with responsibilities ranging from managing Oracle Enterprise Manager services to supporting engineering applications and systems. Juan Manuel holds a Magister in Computer Architecture and an Engineering degree in Computing from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
