Maksymilian Graczyk is currently serving as a Junior Performance Research Engineer at CERN, where the focus is on developing Adaptyst, an open-source performance analysis tool, as part of the SYCLOPS project. Prior experience includes a Research Intern position at ETH Zürich, contributing to the development of Dynamatic, a high-level synthesis compiler, and multiple roles at CERN, including Research Collaborator involving machine learning applications in particle physics and Software/Hardware Engineering Intern working on HLS code generation for FPGA models. Maksymilian also gained teaching experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London and completed a research internship under Prof. Paul Kelly. Maksymilian holds a Master of Engineering in Computing from Imperial College London.
