Nima Zardoshti is an experimental physicist currently serving as a Research Staff Member at CERN since October 2018, focusing on QCD heavy-flavour jet substructure with the ALICE experiment and overseeing physics analysis groups and software development. Previously, Nima was a Research Fellow for the ALICE experiment at CERN, honing software skills in C++ and analyzing large datasets. Earlier experience includes a year as a High Energy Physics Researcher at CERN during a Ph.D. program and serving as a Laboratory Demonstrator at the University of Birmingham, where instruction in C++ and Matlab was provided to undergraduate physics students. Nima holds a Ph.D. in High Energy Physics and an Msci in Physics, both from the University of Birmingham.
