Pooja Pradeep is a seasoned professional in learning and development with significant experience in managing and designing training programs across prestigious organizations such as CERN, the World Economic Forum, and the World Health Organization. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Business Partner at CERN, Pooja oversees extensive technical training portfolios and teams. Previous roles include spearheading learning strategies and developing onboarding programs at the World Economic Forum, and conducting needs analysis and competency-based learning initiatives at the World Health Organization. Pooja's expertise extends to instructional design and e-learning, demonstrated during tenure at the United Nations, alongside a rich background in counselling and training within the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and various NGOs. Academic credentials include a Learning Design Certification from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
