Stefan Piperov

Stefan Piperov is a seasoned Computational Scientist specializing in research computing, currently engaged at Purdue University since July 2017, focusing on CMS experiment computing. As a member of the CMS Collaboration at CERN since October 1992, responsibilities include computing operations and data transfers. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Associate and Assistant Professor at Brown University from July 2013 to July 2017, where duties involved managing the computing infrastructure for the High-Energy Physics Group and overseeing upgrade validation and Monte Carlo production for the CMS experiment.
