Visiting Researcher

Wenjing Wu is an accomplished researcher and educator with extensive expertise in distributed computing and grid computing systems. Currently serving as a Visiting Researcher at CERN since July 2010, Wenjing focuses on integrating cloud resources with grid infrastructure for the ATLAS experiment and is the architect of the ATLAS@home project. Previous roles include serving as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Michigan, contributing to the AGLT2 project, and as a Visiting Researcher at KEK, where development of the BELLE2 distributed computing system and the BelleII@home project took place. In addition, Wenjing is an Associate Professor at IHEP, leading research grants on BESIII software and enhancing CPU utilization through volunteer computing. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Beijing Normal University and a PhD in Distributed Computing from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
