Cernitz Law was originally formed by Justin Cernitz after working at firms representing injured people as well as representing insurance companies.  Shortly after opening up Cernitz Law, Justin’s wife, Candise, joined him after working for many years representing insurance companies as well as policyholders. 

Cernitz Law is a law firm specializing in representing Plaintiffs and Policyholders for insurance claims and personal injury claims.

Reputation is everything! The reality is that most cases settle before trial.  There is nothing more important than your reputation and the relationships you have with your opponents.  A lot of times, if your firm does not have a great reputation or does not practice in a professional manner, it can truly affect the outcome of a settlement.  We strive every day to practice with professionalism.  It is sometimes sad to see the unnecessary and nonsensical and below-the-belt tactics employed by some lawyers.  Reputation is also important when your opponents know you are not going to back down and will try even in the most difficult of cases.  That’s what we do!

We see fewer and fewer people in this world who care about character traits like honesty and integrity, especially in the practice of law today.  Cernitz Law hasn’t forgotten these important values and will always strive to continue to work hard and work with integrity on behalf of our clients.  Even our opposing counsels respect the way we handle our cases and know that we are a force to be reckoned with. 

Cernitz Law takes a collaborative approach to handle cases. All of our lawyers are involved in all the cases. They are constantly conducting round-table discussions on cases, as the lawyers of Cernitz Law believe that 2 heads are better than 1, 3 heads are better than 2, and so forth and so on.
