Damoun Torabi, MSc, currently serves as a Senior Research Associate at CERo Therapeutics, Inc. since October 2021. Previously, Damoun held the position of Research Associate III at Vaxart, Inc. from November 2020 to September 2021, and worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at UBC's BC Cancer Research Center from September 2017 to September 2020, focusing on Interdisciplinary Oncology. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Professional at Stanford University School of Medicine, where the focus was on lymphoid progenitors and thymic T-cell development in DiGeorge Syndrome, as well as a CIRM Bridges Intern at Dr. Ravi Majeti's lab. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Biotechnology from California State University Channel Islands, a PhD in Interdisciplinary Oncology from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Eötvös Loránd University.
