Jennifer Schwalb is the Chief People Officer at Ceros. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management.

Jennifer started their career in 2000 as the Associate Director of Human Resources at kirshenbaum bond + partners. Jennifer then spent 3 years as the Director of Human Resources at SapientNitro, before moving to CBX in 2011. At CBX, Jennifer was responsible for talent and growth initiatives. In 2017, they joined Redscout as Head of Talent & Human Resources.

Jennifer is a strategic and innovative leader, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful HR initiatives. Jennifer is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Jennifer Schwalb has a BS from Penn State University and is certified by the Center for Coaching Certification.
