Ashu Avasthi currently serves as the SVP and Global Head of Operations & Customer Success at Certa, where responsibilities encompass client implementation, process improvement, and representing customer needs to product teams. Avasthi has been a Board Member for CanadaHelps since November 2021, contributing to charitable giving technology across Canada. Prior to Certa, Avasthi was a Partner and National Practice Leader for Digital Transformation at Grant Thornton LLP, focusing on technology advisory and execution. Experience also includes leadership roles at GrowthPoint Advisory Services, LinkedIn, Dun and Bradstreet, and Bell Canada, where Avasthi demonstrated expertise in sales operations, enterprise sales, and strategic marketing. Avasthi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Biology, and History from the University of Toronto and a B.Eng. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ryerson University.
