Marshall Berry

Marshall Berry has worked in various roles over the past eighteen years. In 2004, they began their career as a Line Medic for the 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army. In this role, they attended to daily medical treatment of soldiers with injuries and illnesses, certified soldiers in army medical program and taught medical curriculum, and completed and updated medical records according to ongoing treatment. In 2008, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Support Representative, where they responded to inbound calls and requests for information and assistance with brokerage accounts, engaged in insightful conversations with clients regarding equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets, and economic conditions, and facilitated timely, accurate, and efficient transactions of securities. In 2011, they joined SunGard as a Customer Support Engineer - PTA, where they reported, documented, and performed troubleshooting on client application issues, responded to client related inquiries, documented client issues to develop processes and procedures to standardize solutions for application issues, and analyzed and resolved complex problems in a team environment. In 2013, they joined FIS as a Project Manager - Implementations - Phase 3 and a Client Service Manager - PTA. Finally, in 2022, they joined Certa (getcerta.com) as a Project Manager.

Marshall Berry's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Penn State University, which they attended from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Elmira College from 1997 to 2001, studying Psychology. In 2000, they attended American University, studying Criminal Justice and Corrections. Marshall began their education at Oyster River, where they attended the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from 1994 to 1997. Marshall Berry also holds several certifications, including Scrum: The Basics, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Leading Remote Projects and Virtual Teams, and What Is Scrum? from LinkedIn, as well as a General Securities Representative Examination Series 7 from Fidelity Investments and a Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination Series 63.
