Francis van Jaarsveld

Francis van Jaarsveld is an experienced professional in geology and mineral resources management, currently serving as the Category Manager for Roofing Sustainability at CertainTeed since August 2021, following a role as Mineral Business Development Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Western Mining And Minerals Inc. and Saint-Gobain Africa, where Francis held various managerial roles in mineral business development and geology. Education includes a Master’s degree in Geology from Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Johannesburg, along with a Management Development Programme from GIBS Business School. Francis is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions since 2003.
