Pilar Lorente

Pilar Lorente is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Certares. Prior to joining Certares, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Arsenal Capital Partners from August 2006 through March 2014. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Spire Capital Partners in 2000, and prior to that role, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Jupiter Partners in 1994. Pilar began her career at Arthur Anderson. She is also a founding Board of Directors member of the Private Equity CFO Association of New York. Pilar is a member of the Investment Committee of Certares Management LLC.

Pilar received her Master of Business Administration degree from Pace University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College and is a non-practicing CPA.
