Caitlin Miles

Caitlin Miles, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Business Partner for Southern USA at Certarus Ltd. since February 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Caitlin previously held several positions at Kinder Morgan, Inc. from February 2015 to February 2022, including Human Resources Representative II and Senior HR Assistant, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing employee onboarding to coordinating recruitment initiatives for over 400 employees. Caitlin has also been a Contract Choreographer for Midland Community Theatre since August 2014, leading fall musical productions such as "Urinetown," "Nunsense," and "Miracle on 34th St." Education was completed at West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
